Essex Man Sought For Sexual Child Abuse

Foster Dove III allegedly rammed two police cars to evade being arrested Thursday.

Baltimore County Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of an Essex man who rammed two police cars as officers attempted to arrest him on sexual abuse charges.

Foster Dove III, 38, of the 1600 block of Williams Avenue, is wanted for sexually abusing two children and producing child pornography depicting the alleged abuse, according to a statement released by the police department.

On Thursday, police attempted to serve Dove with a warrant. Dove saw the police approach and rammed his car into two police cars, according to the police department statement.

Dove then drove away. Police found his car nearby but have not been able to locate Dove.

Dove is described as being 6-feet tall, weighing 220 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent the Essex area, Carroll County, and Berks County, Pennsylvania, according to police.

Police are asking anyone with information on Dove's location to call 410-307-2020.
