A life-long resident of Middle River, Allen has owned property in Bowleys Quarters since the mid 80s.

After getting an accounting degree from Loyola University, he embarked on a career in commercial banking.  Having achieved the position of Vice President with Maryland National Bank, he then pursued a consultant role in “investment and insurance” for families and small businesses.

He immensely enjoys the rural atmosphere of the Bowleys Quarters peninsula and was a founding member of the Bowleys Quarters Community Association (BQCA) which is committed to protecting the environment and assuring  the development of the area is appropriate. 

He is a coordinator of the Community Association Network (CAN) and is serving as the secretary of the Baltimore County Community Political Action Committee (BCC PAC).
