Police: White Marsh Man Found 'Safe and Well'

Police released a Silver Alert Tuesday night for Clarence Leroy Wessel.

UPDATE (Nov. 20, 10:30 p.m.)—The Silver Alert for Clarence Leroy Wessel has been canceled. "He has been located and is safe and well," police announced.  --- UPDATE (Nov. 20, 9:57 p.m.)—Baltimore County police are requesting the public's help in locating a White Marsh man who went missing late Tuesday morning.  Clarence Leroy Wessel, 82, was last seen at his home at about 11 a.m. on Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Gaylord Street in White Marsh.
