UPDATE: Police Search for Motorcyclist in White Marsh Mall

A police helicopter chased a man on a motorcycle along Pulaski Highway Tuesday evening.

UPDATE (11:35 a.m., Dec. 12)—A man on a motorcycle led police on a chase from Harford County to White Marsh Tuesday evening, Baltimore County police confirmed. Starting at about 7:19 p.m., a Baltimore County police helicopter began pursuing a motorcyclist along Pulaski Highway, U.S. Route 40, in Joppatowne. The chase continued to Perry Hall Boulevard outside White Marsh Mall. There, Baltimore County police joined in searching for the man inside of White Marsh Mall, according to Cpl. Cathleen Batton, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman. Police were unable to find the man, who may have received a ride to the Middle River area. Poll: Should Blind People Play Paintball?

A group of blind men are alleging their civil rights were violated after they were barred from the Route 40 Paintball Park in White Marsh.

A group of blind men are suing a White Marsh paintball park, claiming their state and federal civil rights were violated after they were denied access to the facility based on their disability, according to a Baltimore law firm. The Baltimore-based firm of Brown, Goldstein & Levy filed a federal lawsuit against Route 40 Paintball Park last week on behalf of the Blind Industries and Services of Maryland (BISM) and three blind men who allege the facility violated the Maryland White Cane Law. The law requires free and equal access to facilities regardless of blindness.
