Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Kenwood Liquors Burglarized

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Kenwood Avenue, 6200 block. At 3:56 a.m. Mar. 11. $2,000 in cash was stolen from Kenwood Liquors. Burglars got inside by twisting the lock on a front door, then cutting a security gate with bolt cutters. Once inside, they tried to cut open an ATM, cut wires to an alarm pad and stole cash from the registers. The suspects, both men, were last seen wearing a green hooded jacket, black pants, a mask and gloves; and a black hat, black jacket, gray pants mask and gloves. Philadelphia Road, 9600 block. At 3:43 a.m. Mar. 11.  A bar light, valued at a total of $3,500, was stolen from a vehicle on the lot of Sweep Rite Services. Burglars cut a hole in a fence to get inside.

Rosedale/Rossville Crime: ATVs Stolen From Storage Facility

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Rossville Maidstone Court, unit block. Between 4 p.m. Feb. 27 and 1 p.m. Mar. 1. Two Sony Vizio televisions, valued at a total of $3,300, were stolen from an apartment. It's unknown how burglars got inside the apartment. Rosedale Pulaski Highway, 8400 block. Between 3 p.m. Feb. 28 and 6:59 a.m. Mar. 1. A Honda and two Yamaha all-terrain vehicles were stolen from storage units at Cube Smart storage. Burglars cut lock hasps off of the units to get inside.

Rosedale Crime: Car Left Running Stolen Outside Apartments

The following information was obtained from the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Havenoak Road, 6700 block. Between 8 a.m. and 12:14 p.m. Feb. 25. A MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPad case, valued at a total of $3,270, were stolen from an apartment. Burglars got inside by breaking a window. Maidstone Court, unit block. At 11:53 a.m. Feb. 21. A red 2011 Toyota Camry with Maryland tags 4AT7319 was stolen outside an apartment building. The victim started her car, realized she forgot her cell phone inside her apartment and went to get it. When she came back outside, she saw her vehicle driving away on Ridge Road. Philadelphia Road, 7700 block. At 10 p.m. Feb. 20. A brown leather wallet containing a bank card and cash was stolen in a home invasion robbery. Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Piggy Bank Among Items Stolen In Burglary

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

King Henry Circle, unit block. Between 7:30 p.m. Jan. 16 and 3:30 p.m. Jan. 17. Tools, valued at around $530, were stolen from a rear deck. Old Philadelphia Road, 8300 block. Between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Jan. 16. Six pills were stolen from an apartment. Nothing else was stolen or disturbed. Fontana Lane, 8700 block. Between 2 p.m. Jan. 15 and 12:05 a.m. Jan. 16. A piggy bank, laptop, three televisions, an Xbox 360 and cash were stolen from a home. Breslin Court, unit block. Between 6 and 7:15 p.m. Jan. 15. An Xbox, accessories and four games were stolen from an apartment. The total value of the stolen items is around $478.

Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Man Threatened With Rock, Robbed

Brushfield Drive, 7400 block. Between 10 a.m. Jan. 14 and 8 a.m. Jan. 15. Someone broke the glass on a vending machine within the Eaglewalk Apartments complex. Franklin Square Drive, 9400 block. Between 8 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. Jan. 14. Jewelry, valued at a total of $2,750, was stolen from a home. Burglars got inside through a basement window. Patuxent Avenue, 600 block. Between 7 p.m. Jan. 9 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 13. A welder and a DeWalt drill, valued at a total of $1,130, were stolen from a garage. Burglars unlocked the victim's garage, stole the above-listed items and left the key inside the victim's home. Contractors Road, 8500 block. Between 7:30 p.m. Jan. 11 and 7:30 a.m. Jan. 12. $1,500 worth of copper pipe was stolen from 410 Plumber. …

Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Best Buy Burglarized, ATM Sawed

The following information was obtained from the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Pulaski Highway, 8600 block. Between 1:30 and 1:40 a.m. Dec. 17. A burglar used a hand saw to cut into the side of an ATM inside a Best Buy store. The burglar got inside by prying open a rear door. Kenwood Avenue, 6000 block. Between 8 a.m. July 25 and 11:30 a.m. Dec. 17. Fourty feet of 6-gauge green copper wire were stolen from an AT&T cellular building. Burglars pried a lock guard off the building to get inside.

Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Hair Stolen In Burglary

Philadelphia Road, 8600 block. At 1:54 a.m. Dec. 11. An unknown amount of Janet Collection Tru Indian Remy hair was stolen from TJ Hair Station in a burglary. Two burglars threw a rock to break the front door, stole the above listed items and fled. Police are searching for two men in connection with the crime. The first is described as a black male, approximately 5'10" tall with a thin build and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black Kansas City Royals hat, gray coat, black and white gloves, blue jeans and black shoes. The second is described as a black male, approximately 6'1" tall with a medium to light complexion. Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Computers, Projects Stolen From Elementary School

The following information was obtained from the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information supplied does not indicate a conviction.

Weyburn Road, 1700 block. Between 3:19 and 3:52 a.m. Nov. 28. Four computers and two projectors, a total loss of $4,000, were stolen from Red House Run Elementary School. Pulaski Highway, 8600 block. Between 9 p.m. Nov. 27 and 9 a.m. Nov. 28. Cell phones, a total value of $16,459, were stolen from a Verizon Wireless store. The police report notes that burglars may have gotten inside with a key as there was no sign of forced entry and no alarm activation. Philadelphia Road, 8400 block. Between 7:51 and 8 p.m. Nov. 28. Cash was stolen from a Family Dollar store in an armed robbery. A man entered the store, held a knife to an employee's side and ordered the employee to empty cash into a bag.

Rosedale/Rossville Crime: Dunkin Donuts Robbed At Gunpoint

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Kenwood Avenue, 6300 block. At 9:56 p.m. July 31. Cash was stolen from the register of a Dunkin Donuts store during an armed robbery. An employee taking out the trash was approached by a robber armed with a black, semi-automatic handgun. The robber forced the victim back inside, stole the cash from the register and fled down Weyburn Avenue. The robber is described as a man, 5'7" tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a teal shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, a dark hat and a t-shirt covering his face. Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to call 410-307-2020. Police Arrest Teens, Adults in Rossville Auto Thefts

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Police arrested five teenagers and one adult and charged them in connection with a string of auto thefts that spanned Baltimore City and Rosedale. Around 3:28 a.m. June 22, police received a call about suspicious activity in the neighborhood. When officers arrived, they found a van with the alarm sounding and the ignition popped, police said. Shortly afterwards officers saw three vans driving in the area of Castle Creek drive and attempted to stop them but were unsuccessful. Later, officers again saw one of the vans driving around and pulled it over. A group of males bailed out of the van and fled police, but were later arrested.
