Tiffany Lynn Ragle, 30, was found dead in her apartment, police said.

UPDATE (4:07 p.m.)—Police have made an arrest in the murder of a 30-year-old Essex woman that occurred Wednesday morning. Darian Rashaad Walker, 19, of the 1400 block of Winter Park Circle has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the homicide. He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. In a statement, police said Walker allegedly knew the victim, exchanged phone calls with her and took a taxi cab to her apartment shortly before her death. The nature of Walker and Ragle's relationship has not yet been determined. UPDATE: Rosedale Man Surrenders to Police In Hillendale Man's Death

Baltimore County police allege Lennell Earl Ellis is responsible for the death of a Hillendale man in Essex.

UPDATED (3:36 p.m.) — Lennell Earl Ellis, a Rosedale man wanted by police for first-degree murder, turned himself in at police headquarters Thursday afternoon. Police were looking for the Rosedale man in connection with the death of a Hillendale man in Essex over the Memorial Day weekend. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death of 21-year-old Daryl Augustus II, of the 6500 block of Collinsdale Road in Hillendale, a homicide on Tuesday. Police have obtained a warrant for 32-year-old Lennell Earl Ellis in connection with the murder, police said in a statement.  Around 6:50 a.m. on May 26, police and fire units responded to a truck on fire on Mitchell Road near Bay Avenue in Essex.
