Business Professionals Host Community Health Fair, Food Drive
The Overlea-Fullerton Business Professional Association is collecting fresh food for the Eastern Family Emergency Shelter on May 18.
The latest event in an ongoing partnership will take place in two weeks when the Overlea-Fullerton Business Professional Assocation hosts a Community Health Fair at the Eastern Resource Center. The professional group has been, for the last year, collecting food and items to help out the Eastern Family Emergency Shelter at 9100 Franklin Square Drive in Rosedale. On May 18, during the community health fair, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the group will present the shelter with a donation of fresh food; fruits and vegetables collected throughout the day and people who attend are asked to bring fresh food as the price of admission.
