Regular Photo of the Day contributor Lynn Fisher said she doesn't often see geese in Jordan Cove or Norman Creek, near her home in Essex.
"We get a goose or two in our creek, but rarely, if ever, in large numbers," she wrote in an email to Patch.
But on Monday, the creek seemed to be the go-to destination for several families of geese and their goslings.

Fisher said about 30 geese, including about 10 goslings, stopped in to visit the neighborhood and enjoy the local waterway.
