U.S. Constitution Course - The American View of Law and Government

My name is Derek J. Howell, and I grew up in Middle River, Maryland.  I am the director of operations for Institute on the Constitution, and I am starting a 10 week course on the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and American Law and Government tonight (9/25/12) in Middle River, Maryland.

The course will start at 7:00 PM and will run for 10 consecutive Tuesdays at Victory Villa Baptist Church, located at 75 Chandelle Road Middle River, MD 21220.
