5 Week Yoga Class

Dana Kelly is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist, who enjoys teaching a rejuvenating and relaxing blend of two styles of yoga: Kripalu and Hatha, infused with breathing exercises and plenty of modifications. Her passion for sharing yoga is evident in her light-hearted teaching style. Each class is an opportunity to increase strength and flexibility, improve balance, reduce stress, and create ease of being.

“I teach what feels authentic, interesting and enjoyable to me. My mission is to guide participants through their own exploration of yoga with compassion and integrity, and to use intelligent alignment and sequencing to prevent injury,” she says.

By emphasizing a safe and effective way to practice yoga, Dana aims to share the joy of yoga with her students. She encourages those of all levels to join in her classes. No previous yoga experience necessary.
