The Glenn L. Martin Aviation Museum is hosting a Rosie the Riveter Day.
Former Rosie the Riveters, women who worked in places like factories in place of men during World War II, will be on hand to discuss those experiences.
Members of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Rosie the Riveter Association will be attending and they hope to meet many more Rosies able to attend. Baltimore area families, interested historians and area college students are invited to attend this event and meet these living historical heroines.
