Teen Stabbed in Middle River

The 16-year-old boy told police he was attacked walking home Monday night along Middle River Road.

 

A 16-year-old boy was listed in stable condition at an area hospital after being stabbed Monday night in Middle River, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman said.

County police spokeswoman Cathy Batton said the teen told investigators that he had just left the store, located on the 1300 block of Windlass Drive, and was walking home.

He said he was walking along Middle River Road toward Compass Road when a man appeared, stabbed him and then ran off, Batton said.

The boy then ran toward a friend for help, who called 911, Batton said.
