Police Seek Help in Merritt BP Armed Robbery

Baltimore County Police seek assistance in identifying suspect in Merritt BP Car Wash Armed Robbery in Precinct 12/North Point.

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected robbing the Merritt BP car wash in the 800 block of Merritt Blvd. in Precinct 12/North Point on Feb. 12.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, 5-feet-10- inches, and 200 pounds.  

Baltimore County police detectives say that the suspect walked into the car wash at approximately 8:00 p.m. and approached the cashier area.  During the robbery, a handgun was displayed and an undisclosed amount of money was taken from the cash register.

The suspect was last seen on foot headed in the direction of the Berkshire area of Dundalk.  

Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587).
