Baltimore County police on Monday released a forensic sketch of an unidentified man found dead in Back River in September 2011.
The man, believed to be between 40 to 60 years old and from the Dundalk area, was . His body was seen floating behind the Diamond Point Shopping Center in Dundalk.
Police said there were no signs of foul play.
Police said in a press release that other identification methods, including DNA and fingerprints, have been unsuccessful and they are releasing this forensic reconstruction of the skull in hopes of reaching the man's relatives.
