Police Capture Man Sought On Child Sexual Abuse Charges

Foster Dove III was arrested Monday night in Pennsylvania.

An Essex man wanted on two counts of child sexual abuse and for ramming two police cars with his own vehicle has been arrested.

Foster Dove III was arrested Monday night in Pennsylvania, according to Baltimore County Police.

Dove, 38, of the 1600 block of Williams Avenue, was wanted for sexually abusing two children and producing child pornography depicting the alleged abuse.

On Sept. 12, police attempted to serve Dove with a warrant. Dove saw the police approach and rammed his car into two police cars, according to the police department statement.

Dove then drove away. Police found his car nearby but were unable to immediately locate Dove.

Police said last week that one of the areas that Dove was known to frequent was Berks County, PA.
