Essex Basement Fire Injures One
The basement fire on Riverside Drive was put out in less than 15 minutes.
Paramedics treated one resident at the scene following a basement fire in the 2200 block of Riverside Drive in Essex.
Fire crews responded at 3:56 p.m. Monday and put out the fire by 4:09 p.m. There were no reports of additional injuries, Baltimore County Fire Department spokeswoman Julia Hardgrove said.
