Middle River Man Killed in Car Crash
Alcohol believed to be a factor in fatal accident, police said.
A 27-year-old Middle River man was killed and two others were seriously injured following a single-vehicle accident early Sunday morning in Middle River.
According to Baltimore County Police reports, John Aull Jr., 27, of the unit block of Congressional Court was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:38 a.m. Sunday. Aull was ejected from the passenger seat of the vehicle, a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr, despite wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the vehicle, Nicholas Alexander Long, 22, of the unit block of Congressional Court, was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Another passenger, Damion Wagner, age unknown, of the unit block of Eastern Avenue, was flown to Maryland Shock Trauma.

The condition of the other passengers is unknown, but alcohol was believed to have contributed to the crash, police said.
According to police, Long drove the car southbound along Earls Road near Ebenezer Road when it ran off the western edge of the road and struck a utility pole.
