Essex-Middle River Crime: Home Struck Twice In Burglaries

Ebenezer Road, 6100 block. Between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., Nov. 10. An orange and black diesel generator and welder and a Yumakoyo generator were stolen off a rear deck. A shed at the same home had been burglarized earlier in the week.

Ebenezer Road, 6100 block. Between 5 p.m., Nov. 7 and 5:30 p.m., Nov. 8. A shed latch was broken and a Stihl chainsaw was stolen from inside.
Old Knife Court, unit block. Between Oct. 30 and 11:30 a.m., Nov. 11. A black gas-powered weed eater, red lawn mower and two propane tanks were stolen from a fenced-in yard.

Garden Drive, 900 block. Between 7 p.m., Nov. 9 and 5:30 a.m., Nov. 10. A door was kicked in and $127 in cash was stolen from a bedroom. The resident had posted on Facebook that he was out, and suggested to police that the burglar may have seen the post.
Arncliffe Road, 800 block. Between 1 p.m., Nov. 7 and 1:30 p.m., Nov. 10. A burglar broke the glass in a home's back door and took a gold mason ring with a blue stone and a "western style" rifle.
Bird River Road, 16100 block. Between 9 a.m., Oct. 17 and 5:30 p.m., Oct. 23. A set of Peavey speakers and three tupperware containers—containing infant clothing and a prelit Christmas tree—were stolen from a storage unit, along with a padlock. The owner told police he believed the unit had been locked.
Tidewater Lane, 100 block. Between 6 p.m., Nov. 7 and 8:45 a.m., Nov. 8. A keyring with seven keys to various apartment building was stolen. The door to the complex's maintenance office had been kicked in.
Yew Road, unit block. Between 1:30 p.m. and 3:10 p.m., Nov. 7. A burglar entered an unlocked shed, took a horse shoe, threw it through a rear window, then opened a door and took a 60-inch Samsung television, an Xbox console and three games.
Delaware Avenue, 600 block. Between 10 a.m., Nov. 5 and 11 a.m., Nov. 7. A brass faucet, brass boiler and 150 feet of copper pipe were stolen from a basement. The burglar entered through a back door.
Greenbriar Way, 800 block. Between 2 and 5:17 a.m., Nov. 7. Someone entered unlocked vehicles and took a wallet, cash and change, totaling $83 worth of property.
Martin Boulevard, 1500 block. Between 5 p.m., Nov. 5 and 9 a.m., Nov. 6. At D & S Auto Service, someone cut a hole in a fence, then a hole in a garage door. The intruder stole $10,000 in tools and two model cars.
Cork Tree Road, 800 block. Between 1 and 5 a.m., Nov. 5. Various electronics, clothes and other goods were stolen from a home. Some were later recoered behind the home and in a stream and woods nearby.
