Essex-Middle River Crime: Woman Held at Gunpoint in Attempted Robbery

Fuselage Avenue and Orems Road. 8:45 p.m., Nov. 17. Two juveniles were assaulted by two males. One stole a Samsung Galaxy cell phone.

Orville Road, 100 block. 12:13 p.m., Nov. 16. A woman drove her son to meet a friend. The friend tried to grab the woman's purse and pointed a black handgun at her, but was unsuccessful and fled. The man has not yet been arrested, according to online court records.

Cedar Drive, 300 block. Between 5 p.m., Nov. 10 and 8 a.m., Nov. 12. A set of 349 keys and a master list of what apartments the keys went to were stolen from an apartment complex office.
