Essex Crime: Gun, Video Games, ATV Stolen
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
Here are some of the most recent crimes reported to the Essex Precinct:
Wheelhouse Road, 3500 block, between 1 and 11 a.m. June 13: A lawnmower, golf clubs, golf bag and an extension cord were stolen from a locked shed. Total loss: $1,725.
Punjab Drive, 1200 block, between 6 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. June 13: A laptop computer, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3 were stolen from a home. Total loss: $800.

Cowhide Circle, 100 block, between 8 p.m. June 11 and 9:30 a.m. June 12: A leaf blower and weed eater were stolen from an unlocked shed. Total loss: $210.
Kelso Drive, 8800 block, between 5 p.m. June 9 and 8 a.m. June 12: Seven batteries were stolen from three Sanchez Delivery Service work trucks. Total loss: $1,350.

Aldeney Ave., 1500 block, between 1 and 9:45 a.m. June 11: An ATV was stolen from the front yard of a home. Total loss: $2,300
Grovethorn Road, 500 block, between 10 a.m. May 27 and 10 a.m. June 10: A dirt bike was stolen from an unlocked shed. Total loss: $800.
Dahlia Lane, 3500 block, between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. June 10: A lawnmower was stolen from a locked shed. Total loss: $310.
Arncliffe Road, 1000 block, 9:30 p.m. June 9: A .40 caliber handgun was stolen after three unknown males entered a home through a rear basement door. A witness told police the males were between 16 and 19 years old, 5-foot-8, with thin builds and wore white T-shirts and black pants.
Essexwood Court, 400 block, 2:40 a.m. June 9: A cooler was stolen from the back yard of a home. Total loss: $60.
James Street, unit block, between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. June 8: A Nintendo DS, 42-inch TV, desktop computer, laundry detergent, computer printer, iPod, 30 video games and a Spongebob Squarepants TV and DVD were stolen after someone forced their way into a home through a basement door. Total loss: $5,000.
Wheelhouse Road, 3500 block, between 7:30 p.m. June 2 and 9 p.m. June 5: A lawn mower, fishing gear and a lock were stolen from a shed. Total loss: $615.
