Electronics, Cash Targeted in Essex-Middle River Robbery, Burglaries

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Aug. 10: Armed robbery - gun, 1500 block of Becklow Ave.

At 8:30 p.m., three suspects forced their way into the residence and robbed the victim at gunpoint. The suspects stole a safe containing a cell phone, cash and medicines. The suspects fled the scene.

Police arrested Katherine M. Bielanski, 24, of the 9100 block of Franklin Square Drive, 21237. The other suspects are black males, aged 18 to 22. One of the males is 5-foot-9.

Aug. 6: First-degree burglary, 200 Commodore Drive

Between 8:40 a.m. and 8:45 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the house through a front window and stole electronics and a handgun.

Aug. 5: Robbery, 1000 block of Middlesex Road

At 10:30 p.m., three suspects approached the victim and began hitting him. They stole the victim's keys and a cell phone. The suspects are white males, all between 20 and 25 years old. One is 6-foot3, 200 pounds with blond hair; the others are 5-foot-4 and 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds.

Aug. 5: First-degree burglary, 2100 block of Coralthorn Road

Between 7 and 8:15 a.m., an unknown suspect forced open the basement door and stole a checkbook and a handgun.
