Man Robbed at Gunpoint

March 20: Around 8:40 p.m., an unknown male suspect robbed an 18-year-old male at gunpoint at Southeastern Terrace and Williams Avenue. Police report that the suspect approached the victim from behind and produced a handgun. The suspect then threatened to shoot the victim. The suspect stole the victim’s backpack, which contained an Xbox console, two controllers, a headset and $40 before escaping toward Mansfield Road.

W. Kingsway Home Burglarized

March 20: An unknown suspect gained entry through the front window of a residence on the 700 block of W. Kingsway and stole $800, medication and a safe.

Electronic, Vacuum Stolen

March 19: An unknown suspect gained entry through the front door of an apartment on the 1100 block of Old Eastern Avenue and stole a 40-inch TV, a camera and a vacuum. Total loss: $820.

Middleborough Road Home Ransacked

March 19: Two unknown black male suspect were spotted by witnesses stealing property from a vehicle on the 1700 block of Old Middleborough Road. Police report that the suspects removed the rear sliding glass door window track and removed unknown amount of property. The suspects then escaped in a four-door tan car.

Neighbors Caught Taking Video Games

March 18: Two men were arrested and charged with first-degree burglary after allegedly stealing a video game system and accessories from a neighbor.

According to police reports, William Henry, 56, and Christopher Eney, 34, were arrested after video security footage from an apartment on the 2200 block of Eastern Avenue showed them allegedly entering and exiting the neighbor’s apartment and leaving with a Wii console and two controllers.
