Baltimore Man Charged in Saturday Stabbing

Christopher Michael Wolfe is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

A Baltimore man is charged with first-degree murder following a Saturday morning stabbing outside an Essex bar.

Christopher Michael Wolfe, 21, of the 2400 block of Wilkens Avenue, is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson.

Police arrived at the 500 block of Eastern Boulevard at 2:52 a.m. Saturday and found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds in a parking lot next to , which had closed for the night by that time. The man, identified as Darryl Wilson Lovellette Jr. of an unknown address, was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The weapon was recovered, and Wolfe was arrested at the scene, according to police.
