It's time for Maryland to shift the policy on concealed weapons carry permits from "may issue" to "shall issue". It's a proven fact that states that have taken this step in allowing law abiding citizens and business owners to carry concealed weapons have had a reduction in violent crime such as armed robbery.

That's never been conclusively proven.

They would never allow this. How else would Milulski O'Malley and the rest continue to get re-elected if you kill off their voting base. They care nothing about the working people who support all of their give away programs. But it is time to really have to do something. It is almost too late

Vote the current leadership out of office and yo0u might have a chance. While there are liberal democrats running this state you will never have the right to carry. Hell as long as the liberals run this state you don't even have the right to carry your own money much less a gun.
