Waterfront communities on Middle River update!

Does anyone know anything definite about the developement behind the Commodore?  I see a sign for K. Hovnanian and have also seen info online for Chrismar Marina.  But, nothing about what exactly they are building?  

Also, any update on the property on Weber Ave?  Almost everything has been torn down.  I heard the park may not happen - that it still could be developed with homes?
