Community Update

Lyonswood community. The HOA is not legally able to collect any assessments. There is not a treasurer nor secretary. The Board is at this time defunct. Also, there has been no account of the monies already collected. Where is it going? The assessments should not be $144 for 2014. What is the justification for that much? Why hasn't monies been allocated to offset the sidewalk repairs that were necessary? We need answers.
