1st Annual Dundalk/Edgemer/Essex Fall Festival 2014?

While I was traveling our state and in Delaware I am amazed at some of the great events I have atteneded.  I think abbut the 1st Annual Dundalk/Essex/Edgemere Area Fall Festival.  Yes, you have heard it here first.  I envisioin a fall festival that would draw thousands to our area. I go to the Ocean City alot and they have the right idea on attractions.  I know we have the great Dundalk Heritage Fair and Essex Day but I am talking about big event that is a draw from everywhere.  Where?  Maybe when the steel plant area is finalized we can use one of the big lots.    There are plenty of events around this state like the Eastern Shore Water Fowl festival, Havre De Grace festival,  Punkin Chunkin, Apple festival,  Thurmont,  and the list goes on.  I am talking about charity fun runs, concerts, food, pet costume contests, boating activities, fire works and historical events.    Our area has all the right pieces to make it possible.  We have historic, water access, ethnic variety, artists, hungry people and easy access.      I think that on the fort Carrol Island we should have a giant steel Crab that you can see from the Bay Bridge.  It would be our Statue of Liberty.    What are you ideas?
