Kenwood Cross Country Team Runs Fast Times at Barnhardt Invite

On Saturday, the Cross Country team ran in the Richard Barnhardt Invitational held at Dulaney High Schools.  More that 1000 runners participated in the event, however, that did not stop the Bluebirds from running fast times.  In fact almost everyone ran a career best on the course which will also be the site of the Baltimore County Championships and the 4A North Regional.  Sophomore, Gage Reckley led all male times with a time of 20:21 which was three minutes faster than his previous career best.  The girls were led by Senior, Rachel Bauer who dropped her time by a full minute making her the third fastest time for a female in a 5k race in Kenwood history.  This meet showed a lot of promise of what to expect by the end of the year.  The following are the results of the meet.
