Refresh Project Continues at White Marsh Mall!

If you have ever watched those home design shows on HGTV, you’ve probably learned that nothing can spruce up a room like a fresh coat of paint.  And if you’ve been to the White Marsh Mall Food Court recently, you’ve likely noticed how much brighter and livelier things look since Woods Construction began our “refresh” project just a few short weeks ago. The painting is 97% complete and we are loving the results!

I’ve attached a few “before and after” images so you can see the difference. Once it’s all done, we’ll not only have a new look, new furniture, skylight treatments and updated energy-efficient lighting, but some wonderful new spots to dine as well!  In fact, the brand new Cajun Café & Grill just opened yesterday. Another new addition to the Food Court, Charley’s Grilled Subs, should be open in the next month or so. G’lato d’Italia and The Great Cookie will be getting slight face-lifts of their own to match our new Food Court criteria.

At our outside entrances we have removed all of the steel arches (check out the videos we posted yesterday!), which might be the most dramatic change so far in our construction process.

The entire project will wrap up by the end of August, just in time for the much-anticipated grand openings of Boscov’s and one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Buca di Beppo! As summer rolls on, we’ll have plenty of events and activities for YOU, our loyal customers, to enjoy!
