The PCRC is an organization that was formed over thirty years ago with the vision and goal of simply making Baltimore County a better place to live. Our organization strives to provide forums where the Baltimore County Police Department, Baltimore County Local Goverment, Business Owners and Community leaders can unite and share important information. We feel that it is important to develop partnerships that promote, encourage and provide education to resolve problems that arise or exist in our communities.
We will have a guest speaker who will talk about hostage situations. Please plan to attend. There will be a resource Officer from Precinct 11 to address any neighborhood concerns and to answer questions. The public is encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.
