This month we have a speaker from JOINS (Juvenile Offenders in need of Supervision).The mission of the Juvenile Offenders in need of Supervision ( Joins ) program is to prevent juvenile delinquency by diverting threshold offenders from the juvenile justice sysytem.
This is a chance for parents to understand the procedures implemented to steer the offender into a more responsible role in the community.
