 Most people are not aware until a concern shows up in their community.
Our goal is to make Baltimore county a safer place to live through mutual understanding of police and citizen concerns. We provide a structured forum where law enforcement officials  can come together and discuss concerns in their neighborhoods.
 Refreshments are provided free of charge.
