Self Defense For Seniors

Self Defense for Seniors Presented by Lt. Undray Whitehead Instructor, Defensive Tactics Baltimore County Department of Corrections on Thursday, January 17 at 10 a.m. Protecting oneself comes from an awareness of surroundings and an understanding of your capabilities. Learn how to avoid a confrontation, scare off a potential attacker and fight back if necessary. This workshop teaches techniques to avoid an actual attack from happening. Lt. Whitehead, Defensive Tactics Instructor for Baltimore County Department of  Corrections, will demonstrate several techniques on how to protect oneself in different situations and how to modify techniques based on ability. This is a 90 minute interactive class so dress comfortably.
