Dana Kelly is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist, who enjoys teaching a rejuvenating and relaxing blend of two styles of yoga:
Kripalu and Hatha, infused with breathing exercises and plenty of modifications. Each class is an opportunity to increase strength and flexibility,improve balance, reduce stress, and create ease of being.
Register at the front desk by Friday, January 4. Wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move easily in the poses. Please remember to bring your yoga mat, a water bottle and a large towel to class. Cost is $25 for 5 weeks.
