PHOTO: Watch For Fallen Trees Around Essex
This tree perched precariously on Holly Neck Road.
I was driving around looking for lingering signs of storm damage when I found this hanging, well, right over my head on Holly Neck Road in Essex.
Also, for those still dealing with outages in that part of town, I saw a few Georgia Power bucket trucks on Holly Neck Road with line workers taking care of a utility pole.
