Pointe at Manorgreen Townhouses Move-In Ready

Middle River's newest townhouse rental community is open for business.
The Pointe at Manorgreen, a 52-unit development at Middle River and Bird River roads, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday.
Owned and managed by Apartment Services, Inc., the homes offer three or four bedrooms, swim club memberships and "luxury appointments throughout," according to a statement from company officials. Pets up to 50 pounds are also welcome.
Potential residents have three floor plans from which to choose. The houses boast nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, kitchens with pantries, two or three full bathrooms and front and back yards. A den/fourth bedroom is optional.
Monthly rent starts at $1,700, according to the statement.
Apartment Services owns, developed and manages 7,600 units in Maryland, according to the statement, with more than 4,000 in Baltimore County. Local complexes owned and managed by the company include Windsor House (300 units), Hype Park (263), Foxridge (111) and Walnut Grove (231).
