Behind the Counter: Searching For Essex Area Businesses

I put out the call on our Facebook page a while back and got some responses, but I thought more readers may see it here.

Back when I was the editor in Towson, we did a feature called Behind the Counter, a series of question and answer pieces with local businesses.

I'm still relatively new to learning the hidden treasures of Essex and Middle River, and I have a few businesses I'm working on doing these pieces with. But I thought I'd throw it to my readers.
