DISCLAIMER: You know how tiring it is when preparing for a yard sale.  Have to think about everything, find it, clean it, make lists, take pictures, post to Internet, tag it, stow it. The make sure yard is ready, set up display areas, drag the stuff outside and stage it. If it doesn’t sell – drag it back inside, decide if gets donated and put it in that pile, then load everything in car and drive it to donation center, unload it and drive back home. Then deal with stuff that wasn’t in donation pile.  Take off stickers, find the perfect new spot for it and put it there – sometime next week!

With that said, you are welcome to stop by before 8 AM and browse. And just warning you, we might be a little grumpy. Depends upon how many cups of coffee we have had vs. need. If you want to buy before 8AM, there is a 50 cent premium.  You can buy as much or as little as you want and it will be 50 cents more. No premium if you bring chocolate cake donut or honey dip, might even top off you coffee cup. If you want to wait until 8AM or after, no premium.

See you Saturday…and welcome to the neighborhood.

Cleaning up and cleaning out, or could leave for estate to
do it in 40 years! The GOOD News is wanted to make space; BAD News is do not
HAVE to make space.  So any reasonable
offers will be considered, cash in hand goes a long way to making something
reasonable.  Unreasonable offers will be
ignored.

If you are walking by and do not see it – just ask. The
worse that happens is we don’t have it.
Last few years a few people indicated what they had in mind.  It was in the house…got it for them and it
was perfect!
