Cardin Runs For AG, Republicans Tend To Vote For Businesses, and a Towson Bakery Gets a Food Truck

1. State Del. Jon Cardin, nephew of Sen. Ben Cardin, said Monday three terms in the House of Delegates is enough. He plans to run for Maryland attorney general in 2014.

3.  Towson University names an interim athletic director to replace Mike Waddell, who left the school in May.

With Maryland suffering from a perception that it is not business friendly, a scorecard released by the group Maryland Business for Responsive Government says that Republicans are more favorable to their causes.
