JDRF is Seeking Volunteers for Annual Night of Hope Gala
JDRF, the leading global organization funding research for type 1 diabetes (T1D), is looking for volunteers for its annual MD Night of Hope Gala.
The Gala is Saturday, November 16, 2013, from 6:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baltimore. The black-tie event includes cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions and live entertainment.
JDRF is in need of volunteers to help with a variety of tasks and functions, including auction set-up (during the day) and implementation, registration, and check-out. Volunteers are asked to attend a training session on Saturday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency to help them become more familiar with JDRF, what the night will entail and their responsibilities.
