Should Judge Lamdin be reappointed to the bench in October?
Let your voice be heard. Call the Governor's appointment office to let them know if you think Judge Lamdin should be reappointed to the bench!
In 2008, Judge Lamdin was investigated and penalized for inappropriate comments from the bench... Just recently he was again suspended for investigation of inappropriate handling of a domestic violence case last December!
What do you think? Should Judge Lamdin be allowed to continue to sit on the bench? Should he be allowed to tell a victim that the protection order he approved was something her husband could shoot her through!???
