Let me tell you my horror story with Theodore C. Ryder Jr., the President of Aero Residential Contractors,. I had him do some" home improvements" for me, Well, after he got me to sign and give him my down payment, it all went down hill from there. First the job did not start on time and was months overdue. There were cost over runs and bad quality work, No designs, no supervision, no progress. I try to call him but the jerk rarely calls back, Months go by before the jobs is finally done and then his sub contractors are threatening to put a lien on my house because him did not pay them. It took forever to straighten that mess out. A year later, I try to sell my house and when the housing inspector came, he discovered that the proper permits were never obtained, I had to get permits and tear half of the shoddy " improvements" down and pay a fine on top of that, It was absolute waste of time and money. Needless to say, my sale to that home buyer fell through. My experience with him has been a complete and utter nightmare. It is one of the worst experience I ever had. I should have done my research first before hiring this creep. It seems that there are many victims out there after I started checking. Don't be one of them. He declared bankruptcy just last year and change the name of his scam company from Aero Roofing to Aero Residential Contractors in a attempt to fool people that this is not the same fraudulent company. He also did this so he would not have to pay people he owed money, and to not honor his warranties.Bottom line, do your research and you did find the a massive amount of poor reviews all over the internet.
