The Rockaway Beach Improvement Association Inc. / Turkey Point Improvement Association will conduct its next general membership meeting on THURSDAY, JAN 31st at EAstern Yacht Club. Membership dues are NOW DUE, and are $20 per household / business / property on the Turkey Point Peninsula (Includes Bauernschmidt Manor, SUe Creek Landing, New Haven Woods, Rockaway Beach, Turkey Point Road, Greyhound Road, Seneca Road, Edgar Ave, Beck Ave and Willow Green Lane. )
Sampling of Agenda for the evening includes- Future of the Middle River Fireworks Extravaganza, 2013 Budget, crime in the community, and other items of community interest.

More About Eastern Yacht Club
Eastern Yacht Club is situated on 20 acres of property and has a basin with 72 slips. The facility includes a clubhouse that seats 190 people and a full bar. There's also a gazebo available for weddings, a tiki bar with heating and air conditioning and a pavilion suitable for family outings that is available by reservation. Members enjoy access to a beach that features a bar and areas with umbrellas and picnic tables.
