The adviser can assist with business plan development, marketing, loan preparation and minority business enterprise. Appointment times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon or 1 p.m. Registration required.

More About Essex Library
The Essex Library is a branch of the Baltimore County Public Library. The 14,000-square-foot building is filled with books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and more. Its computer center provides free Internet and word processing. Several events, such as computer training, storytime and family programs, occur during any given month; visit the library's website for a calendar. The building has one meeting room that can be reserved by making a reservation in advance.
