Rosedale Crime: Car Left Running Stolen Outside Apartments

Havenoak Road, 6700 block. Between 8 a.m. and 12:14 p.m. Feb. 25. A MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPad case, valued at a total of $3,270, were stolen from an apartment. Burglars got inside by breaking a window.
Maidstone Court, unit block. At 11:53 a.m. Feb. 21. A red 2011 Toyota Camry with Maryland tags 4AT7319 was stolen outside an apartment building. The victim started her car, realized she forgot her cell phone inside her apartment and went to get it. When she came back outside, she saw her vehicle driving away on Ridge Road.
Philadelphia Road, 7700 block. At 10 p.m. Feb. 20. A brown leather wallet containing a bank card and cash was stolen in a home invasion robbery. The robber broke a window on a rear kitchen door to get inside the home and proceeded to the living room where he assaulted the homeowner.
Police describe the suspect as a white male between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5'10" tall with a medium build. During the robbery, he wore a grey sweater which was pulled over his face.
King Henry Circle, unit block. Between 7:40 and 8:10 p.m. Feb. 20. A Nintendo Wii, a Sony Playstation 3, and video games were stolen from a home. Burglars were able to get inside through an unlocked front door.
