Police: Burglars Stashed Stolen Goods in Rolling Suitcases
Police responded to Baltimore Yacht Club Road in Essex last week.
Two men were arrested last week after leaving the scene of a burglary with two rolling suitcases.
Tyrail Tony Beverly, 22, of the 800 block of Briar Hill Place in Essex and Devin Terrell Cunningham, 21, of the 2400 block of McElderry Street in Baltimore, were both arrested and charged with first-degree burglary, theft and malicious destruction of property.
According to police, officers responded to the 900 block of Baltimore Yacht Club Road sometime between 10:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 6. Police sad the men forced open a rear sunroom door of a home and stole an Xbox, an Apple computer and monitor, a pair of high-top shoes and two baseball caps, along with two rolling suitcases.
When officers arrived at the scene, they saw the two men pulling the suitcases and, when approached, the men dropped the suitcases and ran. They were arrested nearby, according to the summary.
Beverly and Cunningham both have preliminary hearings scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 in Towson.

Based on their current record, they will continue with this activity. The courts temporarily interrupt their chosen careers. Eventually one of their own will bring an end to their crime.
