Man Charged in White Marsh, Pulaski Highway Murder
Police have accused a Baltimore man of fatally stabbing an acquaintance on July 23.

A Baltimore man has been charged with fatally stabbing an acquaintance on Monday in White Marsh.
Mark Brown Jr., 20, of the 200 block of North Washington Street has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 52-year-old Phillip Weatherford of the 4100 block of Woodhaven Avenue, according to Baltimore County police.
Essex precinct officers responded to Pulaski Highway near Ebenezer Road at about 2:40 a.m. on July 23, where Weatherford had been stabbed multiple times inside of his 2002 GMC Envoy. He later died while being treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, police said.
Detectives found that Weatherford and Brown were acquaintances and had been traveling southbound on Pulaski Highway when they began arguing. Brown then allegedly stabbed Weatherford several times, according to police.
Brown is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail, police said.

Thats how they do it down in Baltimore city. Usually they have guns but i guess recession really hit hard so he went with the discount knife. The other day coming from johns hopkins hospital (work) there where about 40 kids on motor bikes and there atv bikes just breaking the light entering into pulaski hwy and jumping up and down like animals. Called 911 and lady said how many do we have to deal with. I said about 30-40 and 2 minutes later there was a helicopter and lots of police. Wonder where they get there money to buy these things yet cannot pay there bills and complain. I know not all are like that but this is why alot of people look at them this way. Just venting sorry.

Then they wonder why normal responsible people, both black and white have problems with these losers. I have only seen black kids on these atv bikes, menacing drivers; and large groups of young black men traveliing at high speeds, on crouch rocket motorcycles on the beltway or on 83. Why do they have to exhibit such destructive behavior? It only shows their ignorance.

It saddens me to know how inhumane some people can be. Didn't this young man stop and think for 2 minutes of what the circumstances would be? Is no one afraid of the legal system? I guess not...

Now, if it proven beyond a reasonable doubt, this is a case were all the taxpayers can save money and this guy should be executed. No one is safe when trash like this is walking around on the streets.

I'm pretty sure actual convicted felons can't vote. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Nope, prior to them being caught. They are the group of more than 50% that pay zero taxes and vote!
If voting required land ownership, as it once did, we would correct 90% of the problems in this country.
